Task field – challenging and innovative

  • IT support for the Salzburg area. Point of contact for all IT inquiries
  • Receipt and resolution of incidents within the scope of 1st level remote support
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software
  • Introduction of users to the corresponding systems
  • Documentation of activities in the ticketing system
  • Support of departments in IT projects

Qualifications – competent and reliable

  • Completed IT training, a comparable qualification or relevant work experience in IT support (experience in IT enterprise support is advantageous)
  • Solid knowledge in the support of notebooks, desktops, smartphones, and tablets
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows 11 and Apple MAC OS, as well as knowledge of the Microsoft Office product range (knowledge of Office 365 is advantageous)
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Preferable additional knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Server systems and additional languages such as Spanish, French, Russian or Italian

  • We`re obligated to state a minimum collective agreement salary of €31,122 gross per year (based on full-time employment, 38.5 hours per week) for this position. Depending on qualifications/ experience, the offered salary could significantly exceed this amount
